My guess is it’ll be Friday (if they submitted today beginning of day). It’s a years worth of financials if I’m not mistaken. They aren’t going to go over it with a fine tooth comb but the process will take a few days to my knowledge. My guess is Thursday or most likely Friday.

It’s not as easy as receiving the attachment and then uploding, they have to confirm that it’s within SEC guidelines (though most of that is done with the CPA, so that’s why only a day or two to complete).
