They need to get PPS up over 3 cents to have any shot of mass participation. With news, existing shareholders may sell over 3 cents to buy back at 3 and get their 6 cent warrant. No brainer for IRA brokerage account holders but they need to get price up and soon IMO. ST cap gains tax is a reality for some retail accts
