Now, clearly they haven't been able to execute - so there is little confidence by many that these two items will happen...

...I'm still here because I think they will be successful with at least one of them.

This is the rub. Some still believe, some don't. At this point neither view can be determined right or wrong. Time will tell. However, I'm curious about other's "exit strategies".

I get that mining isn't a fast, get operations going overnight kind of industry. Yet on the other hand, assuming there is not change in production, everyone will eventually reach a point where they realize this isn't going to happen. What/where is that point for you? In other words, do any of you have a predetermined "drop dead" date for when production (or at least meaningful production) needs to occur or an event in mind that would be the catalyst for you to realize it's over - even if others or the company aren't ready to concede.

Essentially I'm asking, How are you deciding/defining when it's time to walk away from this stock?

Personally, I'm keeping tabs on the stock. Watching and hoping that something turns around, but time is a finite resource and there needs to come a time where I need to move on if nothing changes. Curious if others have a strategy, or if everyone left is riding this one out no matter what.
