That is a very very simple concept for people to understand.

RNWF is an abandoned empty shell now. It's been an abandoned empty shell for years.

If I buy a hamburger from McDonalds it doesn't make me the owner of McDonalds. Green Fuels Ltd bought the RNWF assets in 2009. That is it.
