No MMEG R/S DATE specified in the PRE 14C filing even though it states:

...the proposals will not be adopted until a date at least ten (10) days after the date of this Information Statement has been mailed to our shareholders.

That date requires the receipt (mailing date) of a DEF 14C filing which will specify all the details that weren't included in the PRE 14C filing.
