Every time I've emailed IR, they've responded quickly with a professional response. See post #25431. They are working on the internal components of the buildings "including developing and constructing the power distribution units (PDU's) for the miners, producing the network cable for the entire facility so it is ready to just be plugged in to the miners, as well as purchase and assemble the server racks."

The last portion was quoted from their email response a few days ago.
