Thanks Digger, GLTY on your plays -- I started to nibble at Fannie last week ... hoping that will help me get some of my $$ back.

Well, this was the news we were bracing ourselves for (about 2days shy of when I first starting buying here last year):

We are writing to advise you that our Board of Directors and shareholders holding a majority of our outstanding voting capital stock have approved to effectuate the reverse stock split (the “Reverse Split”) of the issued and outstanding shares of common stock on a 1 for 2500 basis.

And it will take effect in 10-14days, depending on when this statement is mailed:

The Reverse Stock Split will be effectuated within ten (10) days after the mailing of this Information Statement and after the filing of: (i) the amended Articles of Incorporation with the Nevada Secretary of State with respect to the Reverse Stock Split and (ii) the certain documentation with FINRA regarding the Reverse Stock Split.

Us longs (and the rest of the shareholders) didn't even have a voice, or at least an opportunity to vote. Even if the rest of the shareholders couldn't change things, it would at least give an indication of sentiment. Hmmm, who is on this Board?

The Majority Stockholder, namely, Kurt Neubauer, holds in the aggregate 7,044,033,108 votes (and therefore having approximately 52.46% of the total voting power of all outstanding voting capital) and Tim Williams, holds in the aggregate 140,000,000 votes (and therefore having approximately 0.0106% of the total voting power of all outstanding voting capital)

52%?!! The CEO is the Board!!

My "get money back" price is $1, a pipe dream perhaps, but one never knows in the OTC .... still hoping, but not for making a big return, instead I would be happy just getting my $$ back.
