Keep my eyes on InfoSonics Corp, because the shareholders are voting today to merge with one of Apple's few supreme license partners Kooltech, which is the largest providers for Apple products in South Latin America and world wide. InfoSonics is the largest Latin America provider in North America who is not an Apple partner. If the shareholders agree to merge with Kooltech it will become the largest Latin provider for Apple retail sales by taking over Kooltech,which will become a subsidy of InfoSonics Corp.

I Will be keeping my eyes on this one to see how the Merger vote turn out to merge with Kooltech. GLTA InfoSonics Corp shareholders and Company.
