I'll be buying soon...

seems those few shares have to clear under Dodd/Frank. Account they are in is assigned to Apex Clearing. No time table though They don't have certs attached. But it does seems they do have to reach a pps of $2...and stay there to avoid the Dodd/Frank rule...
