WRFX has done this Reg A + offering before

You stated as fact they they did a Reg Before, implying this was the 2nd time. When in fact they started the process but never completed it.

They also did a reverse split a year prior.

Clearly your trying to imply they will be doing a 2nd RS. Fact is they have done only 1.

This company is a share selling scam that should be looked into by the SEC.

Exactly what laws have been violated that would justify this statement?

Ill give you this one. Yep at some point in the future, I am sure there will be another RS. HOWEVER the next once will be to leave the OTC for a big board. As any competent investor know,not all RS are bad. As a matter of fact, they can be very very good for shareholders as long as they are able to maintain shareholder value.
