Many investment firms are listing Ballard as a sell, and plug as a serious sell. How the hell is an ordinary investor supposed to deal with that? I think by the time these organized firms list companies as a sell, they've already sold so they can buy back. Total manipulation not even based on what the companies are doing, except that they are green oriented and oil's ugly head is leveraged to bring down the future's promise.
