I noticed this ticker today when the Annual and Attorney Letter came up on the OTCM Disclosures list that updates throughout the day today, 3/6.

The filings show as published today, 3/6 but I'm seeing comments here on the board from last week referring to them as having been filed. What the heck? Can filings be "retracted" and then filed again as opposed to being amended? Or am I totally imagining stuff?

If they were seen last week then why are they showing as published today? Any help is appreciated!
