Agree also in IT industry and fully concur with your analysis from a technical perspective; however

Practically challenges:

The company needs liquid to operate, for additional R&D, optimize the platform etc. So more dilution will happen, hence A/S also raised; challenge is nothing stopping the company fundamentally from doing a R/S once all shares are bloated........ that is the risk we need to accept. The company is not selling products, but selling services and selling services require longer sales cycle.
