Recorded Call to a shady delcath MM: on 9/29/17, some of us discovered that one of the MMs handling delcath's trades was G-1 Executions (formerly Etrade MM). This LLC had been involved in fraudulent trading back in 2013 under former name of "ETrade MM". This LLC also had a non-operable # listed on the web and I eventually got thru to them via back-door by calling "Susquehanna International". The woman at Susquehanna transferred me to "Joe King" at G-1 Executions. He was very surprised that a shareholder had reached him via phone directly. (You see, this shady company sneakily changed its name after their legal troubles in order to divert attention away from their bad reputation)
When I began to ask Joe some questions regarding my concerns about not being able to reach delcath partly due to the abrupt release of their IR rep, and regarding the fact that his co, G-1, had no working phone, he stopped me and asked, "First, before I answer any questions, are you with the authorities?" I said that I was not, and he proceeded to talk to me but only in very vague terms.
This is just one tiny piece of the big delcath debacle.

Now we're still under HB & Alto which are both currently being sued for destroying companies in a manner similar to what has happened to delcath.

Now, out of the dozens of other examples of shoddy & shady dealings by delcath management, even if this was the only thing you knew, you've gotta know something's rotten within delcath.
