Rock, thanks for your post.
You sound like I feel but all Mr. B has to do is say bankruptcy and your shares and my shares just vanish.
As well as about 90% of the company debt. Not the taxes.
If he did not have real judgments against him and BORK he may hold it but with bankruptcy he will scrub most of that also. Hope not.
Sorry I may be a cry baby or maybe a realist.
