Crowin you need to read up on a reverse merger. VRED is a reverse merger. if a public company goes out of business and the stock becomes a shell it is fair game.reverse mergers they are legal as long as the company merging into them controls a majority of the shares. If they dont have a Majority they have to get permission from a majority shareholder(s). Its a legal way to take a company public. Better than an IPO in many cases. IPOs have way too much paper work, audits, price setting... to much for a small company to do to end up down here in the penny stock/pink sheets. A reverse merger can start down here and work its way up.
