Why would a competitor be concerned about OWCP - they don't own any IP - there isn't any assets.

OWCP isn't a threat to any real pharmaceutical companies - OWCP is a big talk press release/8-K company.

Where is the efficacy report that was due in March 2017? Just more BS.

The OWCP management's incompetence is what is causing the price to decline and the fact that the company was exposed as not owning any patents.
