I did read it, IMO it was written for you. It was written for investors to buy shares, private placements and bridge loans. It looks nice and official coming out of a fine leather briefcase to show some elderly farmers in Canada.

My question to you, how many years or product discontinuations that never get announced to the public can you take? How many $1,000,000+ revenue deals that never get recorded as revenue can you take before you get suspicious. In cartoons and children's stories it is usually 3 times of being tricked. You are well passed that, I remember you from Yahoo....you go pretty far back and have seen some PRs that never materialized, revenue happily announced as received that disappered...
