They missed the deadline to avoid being delisted from the OTCQB. They needed to be above a penny for ten consecutive trading days before their grace period ran out. That is no longer possible and they will be delisted.

Just checked and they still haven't filed for the reverse split with FINRA. It will be listed here with the effective date once they file:
