It would appear that all the undue concern is pretty silly when you consider the subject matter involved. This is certainly not the venue that the typical 'Mario Pino' South Florida scam-slingers or salted NASCAR diamond miners use to get the "..ijits of RB.." and their sputter-clones on iHub or Allstocks all excited about - in preparation for the resultant Puke-O-Rama Short-n-Bash feeding frenzy.

SLJB is not an online gambling stock, Paris Hilton x-rated video tape peddler, or some kind of B-2-B BS Dot.Com & Vaporware outfit. They distribute and sell building materials just like ACE Hardware, Home Depot, or True Value. SLJB, of course, also has the advantage of massive bulk cement sales. And, they do very large technical process and real estate developments on the side. Not too shabby as a business plan, IMHO.

Taking it back to bare bones. The only reason we were lucky enough to be able to glom LFWK-SLJB so cheap and with such potentially large gains down the road is that the 'original deep-pocket financiers' of the LFKW building refurbishment effort had to step back in and rescue their previous investment. Ammerman got the holy livin' schmidt kicked out of him by the ManipuPricques, and had to be bailed out. 'SLJB' would otherwise have been quietly IPO'd on the NAZ or AMEX as "..ACME or QATAR, Ltd...", and we never would have heard about it until the NYC Streeters already had their pockets full.

Back over $0.20 the normal hypoxia will set in as the penny ante flippity-dippity's in their normally-aspirated Yugos stall out 1/4th the way up Pike's Peak. The associated FED CALLS on the Shorts will take care of the other problem, as our guys warm up the stretch limo and begin their DTCC Short-hair Safari.
