It usually takes brokers a few days to recieve new shares, therefore your accounts don't show new symbols, and is also the reason why volume is slow for a few days beyond a r/s. Those in the stock beforehand can't sell, and spreads are usually rediculous keeping those who didn't own shares before hand from buying.
