He doesn’t work full time for LBRG or he would’ve already starved to death. The question then becomes.....why aren’t the Chinese moving forward w/ Reverse Merging company into this pristine shell? It was Frack’s job to help facilitate this merger. He is an epic fail. Plain and simple.

Time for him to move on and let’s get a CEO that knows how to deal w/ the Chinese and complete a reverse merger.
