Thank you for the phone number DD. I sold yesterday. So when I read that this could be the same situation as other stocks recently with the screw ups I immediately called my broker who said yes indeed I would be liable and in a short position if I had sold yesterday and if the rs has occured. So I called the number DD has posted they told me yes the company press released the split, but it is not effective yet because the company has not yet filed all paperwork with the exchange to effect the change. (I spoke to Jennifer at Nasdaq market integrity) and she said that we will know the rs occurs when we see it on the OTCBB.COM daily list. I pointed out to her that the press release was on that website and pinksheets.com but she said that it doesn't matter until the paperwork is complete.
