who is responsible for doing the SOS filings? why have they not been submitted? "It's not Fracks fault" is what I heard awhile back how long ago was that? what reasons would they or could the filing be delayed? Frack is so put off when you phone him on his work cell phone, is that the reason why? he just put it off and hasn't gotten to it? or is there reasons beyond that? just asking, but really the only person we know that could answer that is Frack. He is rude and obnoxious to his share holders that isn't good right?
