2018 expense reduction

I move for an upper management 2018 pay reduction of 10%, with
no stock options granted/extended/offered for fiscal years 2018 & 2019.

shareholders have been holding the bag since management acquired,
and now, shuttered hypersound, and wrote everything off including
all the goodwill.

"the bag" is only filled with tax-loss investment write-offs.
