Yeah, I knew that part, just didn't realize you don't get your shares until offer ends. But "you do" get shares & warrants if "they keep your money".

As far as participating, I'm still debating it. I'll only do it if I can basically swap maybe 1/3 of my shares with a "buffer" above .03.

Best reason I can come up with why to do it is a bad one! I think the offer is basically ho-hum. They must know that, they didn't "sell it" or build any momo for it, so it's like they don't want people to participate. I'll show them!
