Now you are figuring out old CV's MO. I have been impressed with this new project he has created and at its success. A few years ago CV tried an idea he spun-off Element Trading and did a Reverse merger with a little company called 420 Potnetwork, which became UTRM under the control of Chris S. CV likes to put puppets in place to take the credit or blame for the company ( Now 6 CEO's in 4 years ) Anyway back to the history lesson. At the time pps of UTRM was bouncing around .0001 -.0005 range anyway CV in his wonderful generosity gave himself 3.3B shares of UTRM. A month or so later he announced he was retiring 3B out of the 6.5B shares in the A/S. The result pps ran from .0002 to .0149 As CV bled all those retired shares or recycled shares back into the A/S. In fact by the time he did the R/S the A/S was 8B. Now you can say all new management the past doesn't matter. Well partially true. Yes the real audit is needed here but never forget this is Charles Vacarro's baby. Still an amazing run here congrates to all who made money here especially Harry :). Things aren't always what they seem in OTC land and only time will tell. GLTA
