Buffett, as CEO of BRK, isn't likely to say something that hurts his company. He may look like Santa or your jolly rich uncle, but he's still a tough-as-nails executive.

Personally, I don't own BRK shares although I hang on every word Buffett and Munger say. BRK is leveraged and sells for a fair premium over book value. I've preferred index funds to BRK. Also one of my investing rules is to only buy stock that pays at least a small dividend.

Still I think BRK will continue to be a good investment for years to come. Hard to beat its use of almost-free money for leverage.
