I'm gonna utilize the probable loss here to offset capital gains made elsewhere. I was gonna wait until November to see if they could execute/deliver on everything they recently telegraphed for 2018...but with each passing month it's looking more and more likely that Dr. Odidi is gonna do another offering then a reverse split...so I may be selling and moving on much sooner than November because there's no way I'm gonna sit here and hold through a reverse split.

I would love for Dr. Odidi to prove me wrong and secure a partner on Regabatin, secure deals on Gluco and Keppra, launch the CAT 2 & 3 HAP studies on their Oxy NDA and launch human trials on PODRAS...but with each passing week it's becoming more and more likely that he's not gonna deliver any positives and instead will soon be forced to do a R/S glty
