They should give notice of their reverse split today. See it when it happens at this link:

http://otce.finra.org/DLDividendsDistributionsSplit

Can't tell you what to do with your own money, but you know what happens after a reverse split. In this case, it will also be immediately followed by an S-1 registration statement to dilute some more.
