Brad has public ally stated that a RS is off the table. However increasing the AS makes sense and will have to happen if they still plan of filing for a Reg A. Without the Reg A, I dont feel they can secure enough outside funding. Now once the Parano Protocol secures the first contract and is proven to function, I think outside non-toxic funding will be much easier to secure.
People need to remember we are not selling widgets. The first contracts are going to be time consuming to secures. Remember the Parano Protocol will have to be integrated into "future customers" app/systems, like with every other tech, I think its safe to say there will be plenty of trouble shooting and refining to make sure everything plays well together.
