No FDA till federal rescheduling IMO. Till then Cannophen will be sold and approved by according to each individual state’s medical marijuana programs.

To be honest, I doubt there will be any sort of significant regulatory oversight for Cannophen in California unless it’s marketed explicitly as a non-holistic medicinal compound (which would not be strategic).

RSII will likely be selling Cannophen as a holistic or dietary supplement to avoid most of the regulatory roadblocks
