Clarity on NEO and HOT: When a patient is diagnosed in a part of the world where there are`nt high tech hospitals,HOT will be used to start the treatment,and then NEO can be available within around 6 weeks of starting the HOT treatments. This is huge for Adxs,mainly because there are far more hospitals in the world that HOT`s a fit for then the NEO. What does this mean for us? Well it means that Amgn has only a piece of the puzzle needed for one of the future cancer treatments. They desperately need the HOT to complete the NEO,and have total control of this. Unfortunately for them Adxs has woken up to it`s value,and how many Applications it can be applied too. I`m sure Amgn is beyond frustrated that Adxs now knows it`s value,and does`nt want to give it away like they did on the NEO. Keep in mind that the Kite deal happened after our Amgn deal,so Adxs now knows the potential value of HOT,and how they gave Amgn the NEO for a song and a dance. So here we are owning the HOT fully,and half the NEO,and AMGN needs the other half. IMO,this is why we`re going solo on the EU for Axal. Once Axal`s approved in the EU,the FDA won`t be that far behind it. Amgn has to know this,and now that Adxs has shown they know it,Amgn is freaking out. They don`t want to pay up big because we look weak,so they`re still trying to shark us,but they`ll lose when we get our approval. IMO,that`s when we`ll see Amgn jump,,maybe even before approval to avoid the potential bidding war from taking place. The one big thing Adxs has also going for it right now is the PSA data,and the fact that Merck could come to the table if they`re smart,any minute now,which would crush Amgn`s chances of getting Adxs for cheap. When I say cheap,don`t misunderstand,the science is worth a boatload,yet to be totally determined,but it`s not getting stolen if Adxs`s BOD has their way. All the shares that the BOD owns can finally,actually make them all multi millionaires,if they play this hand just right. Granted mistakes have been made,but I think the biggest mistake Adxs has really made was giving away the NEO for so little to Amgn,but that mistake can now be seriously turned around with just a little luck. We`re overdue for some luck here,so let`s hope that lady shines her light on Adxs,and get`s Merck to hurry up before Amgn decides to strike first with a decent offer for everything.
