To Play Devils Advocate: Maybe Kurt sees it differently. There were a couple of press releases in early January and the stock did not move.

So maybe he is waiting to see if he can get alternate financing before he makes a decision on the RS. If he says that or puts out more press releases and the stock does not move it looks bad for investors but if he gets investors he can tell them look at IHUB they are chomping at the bit to hear good news. He can sell them on the idea that if they invest and current investors as well as new see that the stock will soar then they will have something viable.

The worst he could do is show that his stock is dead no matter what news comes out. Maybe to fix the company he needs financing and he is doing a balancing act.

Additionally I know that if a company broke an agreement with me I would sue. Kurt has sued in a remarkably similar situation in the past and prevailed. It is curious that there is not a suit I can find. That leads to the possibility that there are real talks going on and he is waiting to either file suit or settle before he speaks which is always wise in a lawsuit.

I am again playing Devils Advocate I have no idea but life is often more nuanced than it seems and outsiders are rarely privy to these events in fact it could be considered inside information.

Two months without news is not a real long time in OTC land.
