You cannot transfer your shares from TD Ameritrade to E*TRADE. They will not accept penny stock transfers. The only way to accomplish this is to sell your positions and then transfer the cash proceeds. Of course, IF all the holders of GERS in TD Ameritrade (via Scottrade) did this the PPS would likely plunge to sub penny, perhaps to no BID.
