Tony did not make a commitment to build a start up airline. He inherited the reigns of Operation Dodo Bird from Igor, and continued to earn his living selling the dream since they are easier to print than tickets. If you were being paid would you not accept the pay?

He has accomplished nothing since Igor passed on unless you count personal earnings as an accomplishment. At least Igor was able to pass off two old aircraft, then one old aircraft, then play the blame game which got him nowhere as he soon became the recipient of negative comments. The emotional times of name one of the planes after him simply allowed those running Baltia to continue to play upon that emotion, they knew they had some investors in the bag. Nothing has changed under Tony except maybe his hair stylist.
