Is this the same Bob (Xiaoping) Xu that is the founding partner of the Zhenfund (a seed fund that invests in internet startups) and Billionaire internet tycoon that is friends with Jack Ma and announced that the blockchain revolution has arrived last month and wants to lead China in Global blockchain innovation?
