My bad, thanks for pointing that out.(I misread how you said "probably")

Definitely adds a twist by not receiving shares right away. Highly unlikely, but imagine buying a bunch of units, the PPS spikes before March 30, & you can't sell! Or, also unlikely, price spikes, they get some other offer & cancel the offer. Much to consider...
