Certainly didn't stop Bulshine and Blackbeard from putting out a Fraudulent perspectus claiming 400 Bpd when the repairs were completed. Then misappropriating the funds all together. And yes the checks and transfers are well documented in the court records also. No Kingdom of Clownfish BS!
