What a great idea; Cancel The Junior Preferred!

There is not one single common shareholder that would lose a wink of sleep if the junior preferred were just simply cancelled.

Ackman & Icahn were very wise just buying and holding the common stock ONLY.

This would make release from Cship so easy least. Just Cancel the Senior and Junior Preferred, then recap through the common.

All enterprise value will Only flow to the common equity; NOT the pesky junior preferred that can’t win one single case.
