Super obvious Corporate Identity Theft going on here

VRED is and always has been a Texas business entity as can easily be confirmed by going through the old VRED filings.

The Texas business entity for this long abandoned shell is still revoked

VRED closed down shop in 2011 and the Issuer was abandoned

The hijackers of this shell stole the long abandoned ticker by making a new entity by the same name in Delaware on 1/25/18.

That is corporate identity theft and it is illegal. You can't just create a new entity by the same name to steal a publicly traded company. Just ask David Stocker and Jason Wong (among others who were litigated for corporate identity theft).

Signature Stock Transfer (Jason Bogutski) would have had a record of VRED being a Texas business entity and as a gatekeeper they should have immediately recognized the illegal activity and reported it. Instead Jason Bogutski chose to ignore it becoming an accomplice and facilitator of the scheme.

To make matters worse, the hijackers of this shell have backdated debt Notes which they plan to use to create super cheap unregistered free trading stock to dump into the market.

VRED wasn't even active in 2014 for any debt transactions to have taken place. VRED was an inactive empty shell in 2014 with no officers and no operations.

The attorney for VRED, Kaleem Sikandar, was Ray Barton's attorney for all of his shells when Barton took over HIRU, CRTC, MDIN, MNZO, GVSI, EEGI, and ANAS. Barton also liked to back date debt Notes and create unregistered stock in his shells. It caught up to Barton and he was banned from the industry:

Kaleem Sikandar obviously was not phased by his former client's downfall and is continuing to facilitate the same kind of illegal activities using the VRED shell.

There are some major issues going on with VRED. Lots of illegal activities. Just be careful in case FINRA or the SEC decides to take notice.
