In addition. Even though ticker doesn't change new shares will be issued. I don't believe you can trade those shares until the new issue has been delivered to your broker. Mean while company is free to sell new shares. A new bottom will be established and company will re capitalize by selling shares.
I was tempted to enter as many did. But I held off for this very reason. After the dust settles. CEI could become viable again. sadly at the expense of the common share holder.
