But we also need to remember that KBLB was awarded the contract back in Jun 2016 and had 10 months to fulfill the original delivery date. This means that KBLB has now had 21 months to deliver a few sample shootpacks.

KBLB only has ONE customer at this time - the Army.

And they only had ONE task in the past 21 months - deliver a few sample shootpacks.

Yet they have failed to accomplish that ONE task.
