Thanks, JJ. I'm absolutely with you re: all we need is a fair shot re: "honest judges." As I've said to many friends re: WDDD - the biggest risk is that in order for us to win, justice must prevail. Hate to be a cynic but, in today's America, unfortunately, that's a pretty big IF.

My point in the previous post tho was more about how similar is our case in terms of cites and arguments to others the "bad" judges have presided over in which they did overturn PTAB invalidity decisions? I'm sure it's pretty much a rhetorical question at this point as I know that I don't have the time or research capacity to dig up that info and therefore can't expect anyone else to - especially given the time frame to 3/9.
