Sorry, since they skipped page 2, that was labelled page 10, not 9.
here is the page labeled 9, I don't see a difference with the 90 day under that rule. I read the FAQ, I'm not saying they can't R/S and uplist, just it seems under that rule they need to maintain 90 days above $4, unless there is an exception.
