IDK folks...I think it's far from over. Let's take another look see from the S8.

The Company's Authorized capital consists of 25,000,000,000 shares of common stock, $.001 par value, of which 4,161,506,596 shares were Outstanding as of February 6, 2018 and (excluded 10M preferred shares here)

So the Float should be less than OS and they can't put more shares into the market unless they file to do so.

The S8, in and of itself, states that the shares are payment for services provided to the registrant.
Those services are forward looking, as in not yet completed.

Most of their filings appear to have been made timely and in order even through the transition to Wyoming.

They appear to have been testing the waters to gauge the audience.

And let's look at par value;

"Par value is a per share amount appearing on stock certificates. It is also an amount that appears on bond certificates. In the case of common stock the par value per share is usually a very small amount such as $0.10 or $0.01 or $0.001 and it has no connection to the market value of the share of stock".

So if the S8 shares are being awarded as options or grants, then they are getting them for the same price that You are since we are getting them way down here ~.0001!
I think that's effin awesome!

Now all this is my conjecture based on the info that is out there and I believe if they build it, more will come. (korny I kno)
I also believe what we've witnessed recently are buyers and then sellers with the "if I ever get a chance to dump these" mentality. Which I completely understand as it's crossed my mind. lol But I kept my shares and added the day after the S8 was filed because I've seen similar go to nosebleeds.

I'm waiting for the mail hook.

And as always, "only you can start a forest fire".
