your right velcro its one or the other this time. Maybe there drifting the stock down to get cheap shares before the news. Should be some upscale news with E L. asnd the navy with IBM.
When shares are cheap people in the know buy them, inside info is not a thing of the past, all you have to do is look at the info out there that nothing has been said about.
