I figured out the reasons behind the .37 shareprice and what is going with OWCP and all their delays,...

What OWCP management is attempting to do is something unprecedented.

Think about it. Why be so silent when, as a company, OWCP can pump out press releases and get investor (well actually stock flippers and daytraders) interest to move the shareprice into .75 -1.50 range ??? It seems like silence is their mask ! So,...why aren't they taking advantage of what is available via press releases for them to pump this stock price ???? Hmmm,...

And,..they are attracting and hiring all these renown and accomplished business men and women and scientists that have more than a foot hold in their respected fields,..in fact patents reflecting their work. On a pay level they all are working for nothing and have received company shares. This serves as a two function method,...1- cash stays where it's needed, 2- creates incentives to accomplish company milestones.

And even though all of this has been publicly shared through press releases, etc and the investing public is privy to all this information,..the shareprice is still below .40.

How obvious is it IF a company wants to scam its investing public it makes sense to; - bring on accomplished individuals,..- set up a meeting with these individuals ,...inform them all that the only real purpose for the company is to scam people out of their investment capital,...and have each sign on for no salary until the nefarious deed is accomplished. This is a company meeting where all individuals agree to screw the investing public.

What an elaborate set up. Brilliant ! Masterful !!

And at the same time the company and its scientists have to still continue their testing and conduct phase 1,2,3,trials,...spend money to complete these studies... spending company cash to keep this scam afloat for the big payday !!!

Then be part of a respected WSC event as a Diamond sponsor and present the scam in the form of a slide show and be able to sway and persuade all attending the conference that the company is real. And,...after all this effort the shareprice still stays at .40 and below.

Now,...that might take years to accomplish of pumping and falsely advertising claims but the payday can potentially be huge. What the company personal and management and scientists are going to survive on until the dastardly fleet is accomplished is of no concern,...the big bucks will soon be coming !

Yep,...they have us right where they want us,...investors that bought months or a year ago at .08 or .15 or .22,...all could cash in and create profit $.

SO their nefarious plan to scam us and rob us of our investment is unfolding perfectly !

Of course those reading this understand that this is total mockery towards those who think OWCP is a scam.
