As a shareholder with Over 1M shares, I do believe they are withholding something. The leak out agreements have to stand for something, the free and clear patents have to stand for something, the announcement of "working with the FDA has to stand for something, the one day "public offering that was only offered to SELECT ROTH INVESTORS has to stand for something too.
My opinion only, but if it walks like a duck, and quacks like a duck....it is probably a duck!
The share price was going up after all the positive announcements... then an ugly announcement of capital raise...we all figured it would be at .04 ..... then the open/close announcement came out that they sold shares and warrants at .02? Why? Because someone knows something, and is not letting on. With the latest announcement from the company of having to increase shares and immediately R/S, they are afraid of something!
Honestly, it sounds like a bid from "someone"...to take over! If not a complete ownership, then acquiring enough shares to have a significant vote at the table...( See how SoftBank is "running" Sprint...with 49% of the issued shares... the T-mobile deal was killed because SoftBank said NO!).
I see something here brewing and no one wants to address the proverbial ELEPHANT in the room! DCTH knows it, and they want to wipe out the chances of it happening by doing a R/S and then increasing share count again to make whomever is accumulating have only a minority stake.
So, I would not be the least bit surprised after the Q-1 filings to hear that some entity has a majority position. The shares that have been dumped over the last couple weeks may very well be getting bought by that same entity that bought at .02 just a short time ago....now getting shares even cheaper.
SO YES...to answer that question... I DO THINK THEY HAVE NEWS TO RELEASE! THEY JUST DONT WANT TO BECAUSE THEY ARE TRYINYG TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO THWART IT BEFORE THEY HAVE TO REPORT IT.
Coincidences happen, but this would be the Queen Mother of all coincidences if this is the case!
