Intelligent Highway Solutions Finalizes Closing of Fazync Corporation

Sacramento, CA – January 10, 2018 -- Intelligent Highway Solutions, Inc. (OTC PINK: IHSI) announced today that the company has acquired 100% of Fazync Corporation and Fazync, LLC under more favorable terms vs the original agreement.

CEO Devon Jones stated, “We could not be more pleased with the results of this transaction. Mr. Bob Widner, the owner of Tripac System, Inc. has reached the point where his company’s technology, Phase Angle Synchronization (PAS) that allows utility companies to recycle wasted electricity is “plug and play” ready. The revolutionary PAS Units require a small on-site footprint, but offer a massive impact as it pertains to energy savings and stress on utility infrastructure. All parties involved have determined that this is going to be a massive undertaking and will require specialized teams to handle the various aspects of the nationwide rollout and that’s where Fazync comes in.”

Sacramento, CA – January 18, 2018 — Intelligent Highway Solutions, Inc. (OTC PINK: IHSI) announced today that the company has signed a strategic marketing agreement with Bravatek Solutions, Inc.

Vortex Brands Completes Acquisition of Blockchain Energy, Inc

Tripac Systems owned by Bob Widner has an agreement with Fazync LLC or Inc.(previously owned by Bob Widner and now owned by IHSI) for the PAS technology....Fazync will split profits on each unit based upon its installation of the unit..Widner retains the technology he and his brother developed relative to the so-called PAS within the Tipac Systems entity...

Bob Widner created Blockchain Energy, Inc 1-2-2018 and Todd Higley who previously hawked the PAS technology for Fazync is now CEO of Blockchain Energy, Inc. It appears the same sort of product (the PAS units) will be forthcoming from Blockchain Energy, Inc. It may be seizing on the name to create some sort of crutch, but it appears the same old PAS technology is what it intends to push..

Okay, now what about the PAS demonstration units which were supposed to be placed at various locations a couple of months ago by IHSI...odd that no discussion is occurring about those

And how is it that IHSI who now owns Fazync is trading at .0001 and Vortex Brands aka Blockchain Energy, Inc. which is offering basically the same PAS unit is trading at .015?? It has no revenues, and was just created a couple of months ago??

The smell test is being challenged once again by these entities...The PAS technology hasn't even been accepted in the market place and wild claims of billions of dollars in revenues is being bantered about like it is for real
